Recollection: receive the message, bond as a team, and express your desired values. Planning next week: define how to live them.

  1. Create a session and copy its participant link.
  2. Invite each person to select three values that matter for the team.
  3. Wait for all 12 responses. Results remain hidden while people choose.
  4. Close submissions, then reveal results for discussion.
  5. Save the results for next week. Use the planning worksheet to define the values and commitments then.
